The Butterfly Museum is in the shape of a big five-colored butterfly,which looks very grand and magnificent.The name of the museum was written by the famous calligrapher Mr. Feng Guoyu.
The museum was established in 1995. Covering 1600 M2, it is the largest butterfly museum in China at present. Precious butterfly specimens are treasured up and exhibited in the museum. There are over 6000 butterflies in over 500 species of 17 families in total.
